Contest Terms and Conditions (Prize Draw)

1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is GetMe EOOD, EIK: 208459096, ul. Morska 11, 8256 Sveti Vlas, Gemeinde Nessebar, Bulgaria. Contact: owner@getme.agency.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or older who have purchased access to the program/plan on nemusli.marafons.de.
  • Participation in the contest is automatically granted upon payment of the €29.99 or €39.99 plan.
  • Exclusions:
    • Individuals residing in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as well as any persons subject to EU sanctions, are excluded from participation.
    • If a winner is determined to be a resident of Russia or Belarus, such result shall be deemed invalid and the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible participant.

3. Prizes

  • AirPods Max (1 unit)
  • iPhone 16 Pro (1 unit, main prize)
  • 2 tickets to Tropical Islands waterpark in Berlin (1 set)

4. Contest Dates

  • The first draw (Tropical Islands waterpark tickets) will take place on September 17, 2025 at 21:00 Berlin time.
  • The second draw (AirPods Max) will take place on September 21, 2025 at 21:00 Berlin time.
  • The main draw (iPhone 16 Pro) will take place on September 29, 2025 at 21:00 Berlin time.

5. Procedure and Winner Selection

  • The prize draws will be conducted exclusively online via live broadcast.
  • The organizer will show their phone screen in real time during the broadcast.
  • Winners will be determined using the random.org random number generator.
  • Each participant is assigned a unique number that will be used for the draw.
  • Once the live broadcast has started, the contest cannot be stopped or repeated.
  • Each person can win only one prize, even if their name or number is drawn more than once.
  • Each prize can only be awarded once and only to one person.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via the email or messenger provided at registration.
  • To claim the prize, winners must confirm their details within 7 calendar days.

7. Prize Delivery

  • From the announcement of the winner, the prize must be delivered within 90 days.
  • Upon receiving the prize, the winner is required to record a video report showing the prize and tag the organizers on Instagram: @subbotin_wtf and @nemusli.
  • Winners must clearly show the contents of the prize in the video.
  • Exclusive rights to this video are transferred to the organizer, who may use it at their discretion for advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Prizes will be delivered at the organizer’s expense within the EU.
  • The organizer is not responsible for delays or damage to the prize caused by postal or courier services.
  • Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties in their country of residence.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.
  • The organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with an item of equal value in the event the announced prize is unavailable.
  • The right to participate is non-transferable to third parties.
  • The organizer’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
  • By purchasing access and participating in the contest, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
